Order Status not changing after in transit

  • Après qu’un colis soit expédié (in transit) le statut de la commande doit changer quand celui-ci est livré (le statut passe à terminé) mais aucun changement de statut ce produit. Je ne sais pas pourquoi. Il y a bien l’échange d’informations jusqu’a in-transit ou cela change mon statut en ‘expédié’.
    Je travail en France sur un site fran?ais. il pourrais avoir un erreur de traduction?

    Quand je regarde le dernier status remonté sur les commandes déjà livré on à ‘October 21, 2022 11:31 am InTransit’. Apparement il n’y a plus de synchronisation après. Et je n’ai pas compris comment faire un synchronisation manuel.

    After a package is shipped (in transit) the status of the order should change when it is delivered (the status changes to finished) but no status change for this product. I do not know why. There is indeed the exchange of information until in-transit or it changes my status to ‘shipped’.
