    I need the order status to be changed to completed after a person pays. Supposedly ordered for items which are both Digital & virtual would have the payment status changed automatically to completed after payment is received. I’ve set 2 products up, bot are both digital and virtual yet the payment status still does not change even after payment is received.
    It says in the woocommerce guide that an item can’t be physical – but there is no option to make an item not physical. I’ve changed the item to virtual and downloadable and it still does not change the status after payment is accepted. What else needs to be changed?

    If the payment has been successful and the order does not contain Digital or Downloadable products, the order will be set to Processing.
    You have to change the status manually to Completed.

    The documentation says otherwise. That the payment status will be changed to completed only when items are both virtual and downloadable – which they are. I only have virtual and downloadable so there are no option of adding physical product to shipping cart…
    So what am I doing wrong that it still does not work?

    Hi there!

    If you have the product setup like this: https://cld.wthms.co/QnxlWe then it should complete the order after successful payment.

    However, the issue could be with your Payment Processing method. What option are you using for payment? Is it PayPal here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/paypal-standard/ or another option?

    If you check the “Order Notes” section for the individual order, can you send a screenshot of that section (with sensitive information blurred out)? Thanks!
