Order Status Issue when purchasing classes

  • I am using LearnPress on this site to sell classes. My client is having people register and then take classes. Most people are using a 100% coupon to checkout. I am using WooCommerce to process the paypal or stripe payments when needed. I am noticing that when a user registers and then checks out with a coupon that their order status is going from “pending payment” to “completed” and then seconds later reverts back to “pending payment”. I have sent a support ticket to the theme and I have chatted with WooCommerce and I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. When the order status is in pending payment, the user isn’t allowed to access the course that they just paid for. Please let me know if this is something you can look into and help.

    That’s what I have been doing…they haven’t been able to replicate the problem or figure it out. Is there a specific support site for LearnPress that I can message?
