Order status is Paused

  • Hi

    I′m having trouble with orders in woocommerce, all the sudden, when a purchase is made, order status is marked as “Paused” instead of “Processing” as before. I can change status to “Processing” but when I want to change to “delivered” it goes back to “Paused” again. The payment method is Klarna, and before I used to change the orders to “delivered”, add the shipment tracking number, and then it was processed in Klarna as well. It is just like it′s stuck.

    Do anyone know what the problem can be?

    Hello antredesign,

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand that new orders are now marked as Paused instead of Processing, and when you try to change them to Delivered, they revert to Paused again. This issue is affecting Klarna payments, and it seems like the process is stuck.
