    Hello,
    I had the following problem:
    – In my stripe dashboard I see that a successful payment in also associated with a failed payment as if the customer had failed a 3d secure authentication. But these two events have the same time (ex: 10:27 pm).
    – In Woocommerce the order has a “failed” status (even though the payment was eventually made). I would have expected the order to have switched to “completed”.
    I couldn’t not reproduce the issue in testing mode with the 3d secure card codes given by Stripe.

    To check better, please provide the following information:

    — Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > stripe > settings > advanced settings > Log error messages, be sure the logs are activated (If they were not active that would not make a difference).

    — Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    — Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    – Yes my log error messages were activated when the issue happened.

    I don’t thinks I had fatal errors associated
