Order status event

Hello,

The plugin would normally send this log only if an order in completed.
Can you please provide examples of contacts who have triggered this event without actually completed the order?

Please provide the details of the account as well (login email and support ID)

it says “order_completed is passed when the order has been made.” not it is complete.

I would like to inform you that we only track order_completed event. In the help centre article, order has been made is being referring to when the order is completed.

In case you have any contacts which are being tracked when the order is in processing, please create a support ticket through your Sendinblue account or email us at [email protected] with some additional information like:

1. Support Id/ login id linked with your Sendinblue account
2. Example of email ids for which this happened
3. Access to your WooCommerce account.
