Order status does not show at front end

  • I have created some orders and sent the order numbers and details to customers. I have created statutes I wanted customers to check from the frontend and have the status show, however, I realised when is checked from the frontend, the status I assigned to the order does not show

    Hi kyekeyku,

    Could you provide us the URL to your tracking page along with the order number of an affected order, so we can take a look at the front end and see what data is in the HTML when submitting the order tracking form? Please provide the associated email address if you have Order Email Confirmation enabled.
