Order status changed to completed – Trigger doesn’t work

Hi there,
we installed your plug in for our multi-lingual shop. The test Email also works just fine. Unfortunately when we change orders to completed it doesn’t trigger anything within your plug-in. When I go to “outcomes” there is also neither failed nor completed. It seems, that the trigger “sent when order changes to completed” doesn’t work for us… Any idea? All normal woocommerce E-Mails are working… Thank you!
