    I already set the digital products to both Virtual + Downloadable product, and already set the WOOCOMMERCE ORDER STATUS CONTROL to the both Virtual + Downloadable product, but Strangely enough, orders are going from complete to processing twice in a row, and the customer does not reach the order page (successfull), only on the order page made, even with the payment in my store, making me have to inform all customers that the download is released on their account … can someone help me how to proceed?

    Hi @ovitormmatos,

    If the items in the cart are both virtual and downloadable, the order should be marked Completed once payment is verified and should not get stuck at Processing. Do you observe this with the Order Status Control plugin disabled?

    If you find that it works properly with the plugin disabled, I would create a ticket with the developers of the Order Status Control plugin here:

    Hi @shellbeezy ,

    i test a new ambient, disabled the OSC plugin, and disable the acess restriction, and still itens both virtual and downloadable, orders still change from completed to processing

    @shellbeezy i discover the origin of the issue… its from my payment gateway plugin WooCommerce Mercado Pago

    I created a topic in their support, but I have no hope of them getting ready so soon (unfortunately), I saw several people with the same problem as me, I found no solution, please, if anyone who reads this and knows a way around the situation and Force the order to be “completed” after the payment confirmation, I THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!

    I’m glad you could figure out the origin of the issue. I would like to help you, but I am sorry to say that I am unable as the issue is caused by a 3rd party plugin WooCommerce Mercado Pago.

    I also looked for other available plugins but there aren’t many good alternatives for Mercado Pago payment gateway for WooCommerce. Therefore, the only advice I can give is to keep following up with the plugin developer to assist you with your issue.
