Order status changed from Cancelled to Processing.

Hi, I have an issue with one order.
The customer said that he went to payment confirmation page although he didn’t put credit card details. I use WooCommerce Global Payments HPP plugin and in Global Payments panel there isn’t this transaction.
In order notes there are two messages:
“Order cancelled by customer. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.”
and one minute later:
“Order status changed from Cancelled to Processing.”I tried to reproduce this issue and I couldn’t. Everything seems to work as expected and I have no idea how he went from Cancelled status to Processing. But it somehow happened…
Any ideas what happened and how to avoid such issues in the future?
