Order status change by itself

    Hello,

    sometimes, maybe like 3 – 4 times per month some order will change itself from custom status “Sent off” to “in progress”. I was reading some similar problems here and one of the possible reasons for this was said to be adding custom code to functions.php. I have on my site custom code which was added few months ago by support guy from WPC. The code was added to fix some problems I had in the past with how the products in WPC product packages were shown on the .pdf invoice. Is it possible this code can be the reason for the problem? Thank you for any help.
