    Any order that comes in using PayPal and this plugin sets the WooCommerce status to Failed, but when we log into our PayPal account these orders have been processed successfully. This started happening a week ago and I see others have reported similar issues.

    Hi @neversettle,

    I’m not seeing too many similar cases to what you report but I have a feeling this may be caused by the All Products for Subscriptions plugin.
    To better judge what could be causing this, we’d be interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

    The next PayPal Payments plugin update should replace the generic error messages in the order notes with more detailed ones that provide a better hint about what may have caused the failure. We also aim to extend support for subscription functionality. But for the moment the subscription integration only works with simple & variable subscription products.

    We’re having the exact same issue. We are using the All Products for Subscriptions plugin. This is really frustrating. We’re told that the old plugin is no longer supported, yet the new one doesn’t work as good as the old one. When you say that you aim to extend support for the subscription functionality, how long are you thinking this will take?

    Thanks @niklasinpsyde I’ve sent those details along as requested. We’ve updated all plugins/core and are still having the same issue… What’s confusing is that this only started happening a few weeks ago out of the blue and had been working without issue. There were no changes to the site or plugins updated before this started happening…
