Order Status Auto-Change The Next Day

    I use the csv to upload the tracking
    After uploading, the tracking numbers of all orders are uploaded successfully and displayed as “shipped” status.
    However, the order status will automatically change back to “processing” the next day. The tracking number is still there, but the order status has changed back to “processing”.

    What is the problem?

    Hi @lqqwp,

    We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue. We are not doing anything with the order status after uploading the tracking number.

    Please refresh the website cache if you use cache plugins or Cloudflare and browser cache. if the issue continues, log in to your site in incognito mode and check if it continues, if yes, it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme, check your console for JS error, try to deactivate all other plugins besides WC and AST and see if the issue continues.
