order status

  • Hi i like the plugin but somehow the status even after payment is still processing. how can i make order status completed automatically after payment for gift card is done. if i check send with order status processing the gift card will be send and useable even no payment has been done

    Could you please enable the ‘Processing’ checkbox in the ‘Order Status to Generate Gift Card’ option and test it with a new gift card order? You can find the option in the ‘Gift Cards > General Settings’ page.

    When the order status changes to ‘Processing,’ the plugin will generate the gift card. If the order contains only gift card products, the status will be automatically changed to ‘Completed.’ Let us know if this feature works for you as expected.
