Order status

I have been having a problem on my site for a few days regarding the status of the order.
I am working with Kivicare as an appointment reservation and I use Mercado Pago as a WooCommerce platform for payments. The problem is that when paying for the appointment, the payment is made correctly but the status of the order appears as pending payment, so the emails are not sent. They send and the appointment is not confirmed.
Only after 5 to 60 minutes the order is automatically processed and becomes COMPLETED. You would need to know what is happening and how to resolve it so that it is automatically confirmed when processing the payment correctly.
