    Hello, I need help with a status problem in WooCommerce.

    I am working with Kivicare to book appointments and Mercado Paid as a payment platform, but what happens is that the entire appointment booking and payment process is carried out correctly but WooCommerce works with the order as pending payment even though the payment has been made. performed correctly. Just between 5 to 60 minutes, the status automatically passes to completed and there you can confirm the appointment and send the corresponding emails.

    I see how that delay in the status update from ‘pending payment’ to ‘completed’ might be causing some confusion. Typically, the transition should be more immediate once payment has been confirmed.

    Just a tip, kindly check if the notification settings in Mercado Pago are correctly notifying WooCommerce about successful payments. Also, ensuring that Kivicare is correctly synced with your WooCommerce order statuses could solve this issue.

    Also, since this involves a few third-party plugins and custom changes to WooCommerce Core functions, it’s a bit outside our support scope. We suggest double-checking their settings, and to contact their support teams for accurate help with syncing payment statuses.
