    Hi, Are struggling to make your plugin work as planned.
    We have two vendors and are trying to split orders if it is created an order with products from both vendors.

    The auto split function works, but it clones the order and we get two orders with the same price as the total first ordered. We want to have two orders separated, one too each vendor.

    Have we misunderstood that this is not a feature in the free version?

    There is no need to notice either the user or vendors when an order is placed, this is only a function that will work internally for us.

    I have checked Group by Vendors (User Role) method. It is splitting the order as each order has one vendor’s items. If you turn ON Remove item from parent order on split from general settings tab, you parent order will be empty and you will get two orders, one for each vendor.

    There is no need to notice either the user or vendors when an order is placed, this is only a function that will work internally for us.

    You can turn OFF split overview or vendors name under items on checkout page.

    Hi, thank you for your quick reply.
    Remove item from parent order setting where already on.

    Noticed that Auto-clone also where on, turned that off and now orders do not split at all, also when using the manual option to split order.

    Have any idea what can be wrong here?

    @tonyhnor if you were using the FREE version and having the the split method selected “group by vendors” then it can mislead the plugin split functionality. And if you were using PREMIUM version but mistakenly updated plugin on an update notification and settings remained the same as you were using “group by vendors” so results would be unexpected obviously. Let us know if we can help you in this case.

    Group by Vendors and Remove items from parent order are not in the FREE version.
