    Hi – I receive this message when attempting an import on a certain order range: Order Skipped, please check the log file

    Where is the log file referenced located please?

    Hi @owebsolutions,

    Our plugin accepts orders with date format YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY/MM/DD, and DD-MM-YYYY. Kindly makes sure that the format of the date in your CSV file is having any of these formats and the order status provided in the CSV file is valid.

    You can find the import log from Woocommerce>Status>Logs>order-csv-import.
