order showing payment pending after successful payment

  • Customer has made the payment, and we have received the payment successful email as well. but the order is still reflecting as payment pending.

    Hi @vagbhataherbs,

    Have you enabled the webhook for your site? If no then please enable it. Because it will process the abundant orders in the background and update in the wp dashboard.

    I am also facing the same. my site, order showing processing after successful payment. after payment, on dashboard client get download link, but no notification goes to client.

    @chetangn We are facing the same issue with many of our client’s websites as well. Enabling the webhooks doesn’t help and customer support through Razorpay dashboard is nonexistent. It takes few days to receive a reply only to get the same response(enable webhooks, send screenshot etc) every time and no solution whatsoever. We are definitely moving to another payment provider who gives a rat’s behind.

    Anyone getting a solution for this error. please let us know here. we are facing same.
