Order search not working

    Hi we’re having an issue where the order search function won’t work for all customers. We will try and search by their name/email/order number but their order won’t come up, even though we can see it in the list. This only happens for some customers, but we don’t know why.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Without having more specifics AND being able to log into your site to check, I don’t think forum-based support is ideal here as it’s not something I can replicate on my local testing website.

    Practically speaking, we recommend getting in touch with a web developer to whom you can supply login details in order to log into your site to see what’s happening.

    We are the web developers for the site. There’s nothing in the error log to provide any insight, which is why I’m posting here, I’m hoping you guys will be able to find the answer.

    Hi there,

    Another thing we could try is a conflict test to see if a plugin or the theme is causing the issue, please follow the steps in this documentation to test:
