order search not working

    Hi,

    we are experiencing problems with order search in the backend. With active sequential order numbers plugin, the search for billing address details doesn’t return any matches. Also searching for order numbers doesn’t return matches. Order IDs and order items are however properly matched.
    After deactivating the plugin, search works as intended and properly matches for billing address details as well…

    We use these versions:
    WP 4.0.1 multisite, WooCommerce 2.2.10, sequential order numbers 1.4

    Hi,

    Sorry you’re having issues with the plugin! Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate on my test environment.

    Are either WooCommerce or Sequential Order Numbers network activated? WooCommerce and it’s extensions do not support being network activated in multisite so doing so may lead to unexpected results.

    thanks for the quick reply!
    The plugins are only activated on the specific site where needed though…

    I have checked several combinations of activating and deactivating plugins and it looks like something’s interfering with the search functionality in the backend when sequential order numbers is active.

    Hi, I was wondering if this problem was solved.

    I have also problem with the order search not working.

    I have this problem with WooCommerce, too. Whatever I search for in Orders, WooCommerce just returns the list of all orders.
