Order says complete… New user does not get created….

  • I wanted to test this plugin out for a client of mine here and I just can’t get this to work….

    I am in sandbox mode so I do not know if that is the problem at all here.

    I fill out the necessary details. Fill out the paypal info. Get an order complete email back, BUTTTT I do not see any new member created in paid membership pro?

    that would generate an email from paid memberships pro right??

    It is me once again here. I also tried this out on my test server just to see if I could get it right and the same thing fully occurred here!?!?! What and I doing wrong???

    I filled out all the info, get a complete order, and the user is not created at all.

    Wordpress version used here is version 4.9.9

    Initial post WordPress version used is version 5.0.3

    Also went and checked out the mysql table and we certainly have no NEW users created at all in the plugin. Just a few junk ones created from a wordpress import.

    Hey @kleenex

    Does your WooCommerce site make use of Guest Checkout? If so, please disable this setting inside WooCommerce.

    I’ve found this issue happens when guest checkout is enabled.
