“Order Refund Amount” is set to NULL

    Hi!

    Thank you for this great plugin!

    Have noticed in the latest version, that when exporting the meta value “Order Refund Amount” (_order_refund_amount) from WooCommerce, it is now exported as NULL.

    In the SQL DB, the vaule is NULL, but the plugin has always threated NULL as 0 (zero) in previous versions of this plugin.

    Would it be possible to fix this?
