    Hello,

    Hoping you can help.

    We are using Pixel Caffeine on three different sites (part of a multisite network) using the same Ad Manager Account and same pixel.

    All of our campaigns track conversions/results by ‘order-received’.

    However, the results columns are showing stats that are much higher than (usually around double) the ‘website purchases’ column stats.

    For example, in the last month one of our campaigns is showing 227 results aka orders received but only 139 website purchases.

    Considering the discrepancy we are very unsure about how accurate the stats are…

    Hoping you can help clarify this.

    Hi,

    sorry for the delay on this response. The plugin should count purchase only one time when the user goes to order-received page and from the latest version of the plugin the count is made only once, even if the user refreshes the order-received page or whatever. I can try to give you some hints to try to find yourself where and when the website may fire Purchase twice.

    Make sure you don’t have any other plugins which may include some Pixel events and/or you don’t have any custom events which may include a “Purchase” event for some specific condition.

    Also, in order to help and debug the issue on your website, try to visit the site’s pages checking the Pixel Helper Extension, in order to the see if there is some page (or order-received as well) with double “Purchase” event fired.
