Order-received page works on staging not on live

Hi there

When a user completes a purchase on my website they are directed to an empty cart page not the standard order-received page. I have tested as both a logged-in user and as a guest user and both get directed to an empty cart page after payment.

Testing on my staging site (WP Staging) site however, users correctly get directed to the standard order-received page. I don’t think it’s a plugin conflict therefore that can be tested by deactivating and reactivating plugins while using Storefront?

What I did try was to not include Wordfence plugin when I created the staging site this morning and added it in afterwards (it was active when I did the test purchase). Thinking this might’ve made a difference I deactivated the Wordfence plugin on my live site while I performed some test purchases but it made no difference.

I’ve looked through other support threads and nothing seems to match this particular scenario. My site also doesn’t have the Yoast plugin which I note some others have had issues with in regards to the order-received page.

Below I’ll copy in status reports for both the live and the staging sites.

As an aside (possibly not related) when I try to disable test mode payments on my live site it won’t allow it i.e. the checkbox is able to be unticked and I can click on ‘save settings’, get the note that ‘settings have been saved’ but it won’t let me navigate away from the page. I have to log out and log back in for it to take effect.

Any help would be appreciated.
