    Hi @digamberpradhan,

Fluid Checkout Lite is not supposed to affect the order received page in any way. The optimized order received page is a feature available only with Fluid Checkout PRO.

It is hard to tell why the checkout steps would be displaying on the order received page too, except for the fact that the same page (database entry) is used for both the checkout form and the order received confirmation information.

    1. Does the problem of the checkout form displaying on the order received page only happen when Fluid Checkout is activated? Try temporarily deactivating the plugin and see if the problem is then resolved.

    2. What is the URL of the website where you are experiencing this problem?

    3. Could you share a full URL of the order confirmation page on your website that I could access and reproduce the problem from my side?

If you don’t want to share sensitive information on this public forum, for instance the full URL to the order confirmation page where customer data might be visible, please open a support ticket on our main support channel:

    Best,
    Diego.

    Solved:
The issue was with Elementor – specifically – Elementor Element Caching.
You need to go to Elementor > Settings > Features > Disable Element Caching ( if it’s on )

Hopes this helps others in future.
