order-received page goes 404 not found, tried everything I could think of

    When I place an order, it goes through fine but I don’t get a confirmation/thanks page I get a page not found. Every other page and endpoint seems to be working fine except the order-received page (my account, addresses, cart, shop, everything works). Orders are going through, just no confirmation page. I have tried every tip I could find online. Things I have tried:
    1. resetting / changing permalinks multiple times
    2. adding flush rules to functions.php
    3. disabled all payment gateways except pay by check (to test orders)
    4. deactivate and reactivate woocommerce
    5. cleared browser cache a million times.
    6. deactivate ALL plugins

    Nothing seems to work.

    Arrrrgh.

    It took me a while, but I finally solved it. For some reason I had to change the “order received” endpoint. The default was set as /order-received/ and would not work. Removing the leading backslash solved the problem. Just leaving this here in case anyone else is having a similar problem.
