Hello team,

I am using both stripe payments and invoice payments based on cart conditions. When I select Stripe payments, the order is processed successfully and an order receipt is generated. But when I am purchasing via Invoice payments, the page redirects to the cart which says “empty basket”. But the buyer receives the mail and I can see the orders in the backend. Only the receipt page is not generated after purchase.

If you want to test, you can go to this page and create a group with 2 seats. Then you can checkout with invoice payment.

Please help.

Hi @kshitiz621 thanks for the bug report. Can you let me know if there are any errors in your PHP error log?

Additionally, would be great if you can paste the system status info here for me to inspect, WooCommerce->Status and there’s a copy button there which will let you paste. Please block out any sensitive details like server paths etc.

Hi @kshitiz621, hmm if there’s nothing in the PHP error log then its likely the execution is stopping somewhere.

If you have a staging environment, and you can replicate it there, I would suggest doing a basic debug. The stop in execution could literally be anywhere, ie your theme, any of the plugins that you’re running, any custom code snippets you have installed. This will help you narrow it down:

Hey @jkohlbach, I have done a thorough investigation and disabled all the plugins to re-enable them one by one. I found out that this plugin is creating some kind of conflict for invoice generation when “Paid via Invoice”. I am using this because I have 2 payment methods, the first is yours and the second is Stripe and the gateway is selected based on cart conditions.
