    Hi, one of my client’s e-commerce site uses WooCommerce and PayPal to process orders. We setup the account and thought the client had verified their PayPal account/bank account and had received an order on their site. The order shows as processed and paid in WooCommerce but the payment has never gotten to PayPal. And the customer shows the charge on their credit card.

    Any thoughts on this?

    If WooCommerce thinks the order has been paid and the user is seeing the same thing, what could have happened is that the wrong PayPal account information was entered in the PayPal settings. Can you double-check those in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments?

    If everything looks right, I would recommend reaching out to PayPal about this.

    @apmwebdev thanks for the response. I know the PayPal account is setup correct and now works as I had other orders since this one that have been processed and payments have gone into the client’s PayPal account. I’ll open a ticket on the link above.
