Order process not completing

    Hi, I have followed the installation instructions for this plugin and when I go to test the plugin by placing an order, it will let me add items to the cart that part seems to work fine, but as soon as I click to checkout the order page is just blank and nothing else happens. Now I have full root access to the server. I can make whatever changes that are necessary for this script to work. So please tell me what requirements this script has, and what would need to be modified on the server to make it work. I have a close relationship with my host, so that I or you can make whatever changes, whatever installations, whatever configurations that is needed to make this script work. So please let me know what you advise.

    just to quantify, i have no idea what the issue may be in your particular case as it may be anywhere – wppizza related or not – who knows .

    I really cant help you figuring it out unless there’s something somewhere where i can have a look at things…

    PS: root access is good (at least we can actually do things if needs be ) ?? .
    I do think however that the issue is probably somewhat more mundane ….but then again, i may be wrong . we’ll see

    I got this error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/cji/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wppizza/inc/common.output.formatting.functions.inc.php on line 936

    same problem, same solution as in the thread i mentioned

    your php version must have mbstring enabled. if you do not know how to do that, you have to speak to your hosting company as it depends on what server you running.

    in above mentioned thread – my last but one reply – I have also explained why mbstring is required
