Order Prefix not working?

    Hello, I’m currently running braintree in sandbox mode and i’ve noticed that whatever I type into the order prefix field isn’t being prepended to my order ID under my WooCommerce orders nor in my braintree sandbox dashboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @anceron,

    The order prefix would not affect your WC Order ID, only the Order ID that appears in your Braintree Control panel when viewing the transaction. I just ran a test using version 2.6.29 and it worked as expected.

    Check to see if you have any custom development where you are hooking in to the plugin’s pre transaction call and updating any of the transaction attributes.
