Order post list on a page

Hello,
How to include post/cpt on a page with selected post and order / sort according to the publisher? Have a presentation: a title, a small photo and an excerpt of the content for each item listed in order drag / deposit in my choice on a page, category page and tag page. This only in the pages and it does not change the overall order of the post in wordpress.
