Hi @rifatspir
The installation is up to date at all. Getting some orders without variation and the price is wrong. i have not set that price even in parent products or variation. is that WooCommerce bug?
From what I understand, you’re having a problem with orders being placed without variations and incorrect prices being displayed. These prices don’t match the ones you’ve set for parent products or variations. You’re also curious if this is a bug in WooCommerce.
Let me assure you, we take your concerns seriously. Our team is dedicated to making sure WooCommerce works perfectly. Here’s what you can do to try and fix this issue:
- Update WooCommerce: Make sure you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce. If not, please update it.
- Check Your Product Setup: Ensure you’ve correctly set up your products and variations. You should set the prices for each variation individually. Need help? Here’s a quick guide on ?? Variable Product.
- Disable Plugins: Try turning off all plugins except WooCommerce to see if there’s a conflict between any of your plugins and WooCommerce.
- Switch Themes: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront temporarily. If the issue is resolved, your current theme might be the problem. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
If you’ve tried all these steps and the problem persists, could you provide us with more details? Screenshots of your product setup and the orders coming in without variations, as well as any error messages you’re seeing, would be very helpful. This will help us pinpoint the issue.
