    Good morning,
I have a question about PayU payments.
After placing an order, it gets the correct payment status for a while, i.e. pending. But in the same second after placing the order, regardless of the payment method, the order gets the status ‘completed’.
Tried with products (virtual booking products are added to the product list in woocommerce) but nothing. In the case of products marked as virtual, the script immediately marks orders as paid. Unfortunately, changing the settings did not help.
There were also attempts to combine with order statuses from the PayU plugin and calendar plugins, but also without success.
I am asking for help, advice.
    Thank you very much

    Hi there!

After an order is paid, it should typically go from pending payment to processing. That is expected.

    >In the case of products marked as virtual, the script immediately marks orders as paid.
However when you have virtual and downloadable products this is expected and the order should be marked as completed.

Is this only happening with the PayU gateway? If this issue is limited to PayU then you’ll want to direct your question to that developer.

Thank you very much for your answer.
At the moment, the problem has been dealt with almost well – the question of plug configuration. There is also the issue of the automatic status of the booked, paid order – to “Completed” in WooCommerce.
You will probably need to install the appropriate plugin for this configuration?

    Hi @tiger75,

Glad to hear that the initial issue has been solved.

I’m having a bit of a challenge understanding this part. Is it possible to elaborate further on this issue so that we get more context? We’d also appreciate it if you shared screenshots of it.

    * I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat.

    Thanks.
