Hello!
Currently, when a customer places an order by bank transfer, the order is automatically completed, and in this case, it is impossible for woocommerce to confirm whether the order has actually been paid… basically as soon as the customer places the order, the next minute it automatically becomes completed.

I didn’t quite understand what it is to do… is it to send screenshots of the payments made?
Xue28 was asking for the order notes found in
WooCommerce > Orders.

First of all, the payment method I’m talking about is by bank transfer…
Once again, can you please confirm if you are referring to the Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) payment gateway used for these orders?
If so, orders should be placed
On Holduntil payment clears outside of WooCommerce.To know which payment gateway was used, please select one order and check the Order Notes on the right side of the screen same like this:

You mentioned here that as soon as the order is placed, the status becomes
Completedafterwards, is that correct? Hence, I asked for the Order Notes to verify what happened to the order that became completed. However, on your screenshot here, the Order Notes only states one line:Awaiting BACS payment Order status changed from Pending payment to On Hold. There were nothing afterwards.Below is an example of an order using the BACS payment gateway and its Order Notes. Please notice how the transaction was properly logged here:

Hence, I am asking for the Order Notes of the order that has been completed automatically once it was ordered.
This information does not appear on my dashboard because I am using a plugin to better organize my wordpress…
Meanwhile, you mentioned here that you are using a plugin to better organize your site. If you could please temporarily disable it and resend the screenshot of the Order Notes for us to check this further?
