I am experiencing a spinning wheel on the frontend and customers do not know whether the order went through or not, as well as no email being sent to customers. Backend shows good order, admin gets an email of successful order. Their “My Account” shows the order. Some customers are trying a second time. I cannot figure this out. Error seems to be JS or JQuery related. I am lost.

The setup: WOO > INTUIT PAYMENTS > ON-HOLD success > MYWORKS QB SYNC > BANK

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

I understand when the order is making the purchase, the page is spinning.

As a first step, temporarily switch the site theme to Storefront, and disable all plugins except WooCommerce, you can at this point create a test order to check the behavior.

If the issue is not present you can re-enable the original theme, and then the plugins one by one until the cause of the issue is found, make sure to check again after each reactivation. More info is here.

We recommend the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler because it will help to remember what plugins you currently have active, so it’s easy to switch them back on.

Let us know if that worked for you.

@ihereira Thank you so much. All this is very helpful. Thankfully the issue was resolved. It was a email customization that threw things off.
