Order paid but still pending for payment

I checked the PayPal Sandbox test account, and it clearly shows that the transaction has been made. If this test has been successful, why doesn’t WooCommerce capture this transaction and flag the order as paid?

Since I’m using the PayPal Sandbox test account for run some tests, as you pointed out it could be some issues with the PayPal IPN. Anyway, I’ve not encountered any problem with a local payment gateway’s plugin and its service. I hope it’ll stay that way.
