I tried searching for similar problems and I found most users are using PHP 8.0, just like in your case.

Can you please ask your host to change your PHP version to 7.4?

If that doesn’t take care of it then the next step would be to run a full conflict test by:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

I understand that your site might be serving customers running a conflict test might not be possible, if that’s the case you can make a clone of your site and run the test in that environment. Here’s a plugin that can help you with this.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing the conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.
