Order of sidebar page list

  • I’m using Twenty Sixteen theme and have used the widget to display the page titles on the sidebar. But the page titles in the sidebar are not in the same order as the main navigation menu at top. I’ve tried the various sorting options with no success. Is there a way to list the page titles on side bar in the same order as main navigation menus?

    – How are you generating this list of pages in the sidebar?
    – Or, are you using a plugin for this feature? Yes? Which plugin? Where did you download it from?

    Thanks, for your reply. As I mentioned previously, I’m using the Sidebar widget?included with the 2016 theme. This widget allows me to list the pages of my site in the sidebar. It has three sorting options: Page order, page title or page ID. But none sort them to match the order of my main navigation menu.

    I figured it out myself. I assigned Order numbers to each page then sorted the sidebar widget by Order Numbers.
