Order of posts in the newslatter

I’ve noticed that the featured posts in my newsletter are in date-descending order.
Can I (somehow) switch this to ascending order, so the stories will be read in good order?Also:
I’ve not your e-mail address. (and) I would like to forward my newsletter (only one time) to show you that something is not all right in the newsletter.
– starts by mentioning 3 posts in this week’s newsletter. But shows the intro of only 2 of them. The second post is ‘bulleted’ as some sub of first post.
– The last tweet I send is in a table with the second post.You have to see it to know what I describe here …
