Order of jobs with deadline

For application deadline, its stored as meta data.

I already used the filter, but I don’t know how to set the proper orderby values:
active jobs should be sorted descending, expired jobs should be sorted ascending and displayed after the active jobs.

I have the same problem. Need to order(ASC, DESC) by salary field, but dont know how to properly do this
