Order of categories

  • The plugin Category Order (scroll to the bottom of the page) works for me.

    depends on what you are using to display them.. cant really answer that question, without knowing that.

    you don’t need a plugin to change the order of categories unless your doing something unusual. All the template tags have options for display order stuff.

    I am new to this but think I might be going blind.

    All I wanted to do is change the order in my catergories swap latest news and welcome around and order things as I go.

    I am using the standard template wordpress default,I am proberbly being stupid but I cannot find in the control how to do this I did read on the documentation about editing the .php files for either side_bar index or finding other codes I have never touched PHP scares me a bit do I have to or am I missing somthing.

    More than a few brain cells I mean.
