order numbers wrong

i am using
Custom order numbers
ordernumbers counter: pseudorandom – cr32 hash (max 10 digits)

and the orders i get are ex: #4012570532

but in order track database i get: WooCommerce Order #936

since customer se #4012570532 in his email/order
and the number in database is 936 he cannot find his order.

Maybe plugin doesnt support this future?
do i need to have sequetial order numbers in order for it to work?

or is it a workaround for this
