Order numbers not updating

    I do not see any new order numbers in the “Choose Order” dropdown list. Searching for orders indicates they cannot be found. Although the orders are valid and in the WooCommerce Orders listing.

    Can you please let me know
    1. which version of the plugin you are using
    2. Which version of WooCommerce is activated

    I tested with the latest version of WooCommerce and plugin and i haven’t been able to reproduce the problem.

    The only thing that should prevent orders from displaying is if there is a caching mechanism of filtering for orders. So if there is a plugin or custom code doing it I would start there.

    Woo Preview Emails 1.4.0
    WooCommerce 3.3.5

    I found the problem. This plugin is working correctly.

    Another plugin “YITH WooCommerce Sequential Order Number” modified the order numbers but only for display and not in the DB. When using “Woo Preview Emails” the order numbers were not matching which made it appear not to work correctly. After deactivating “YITH WooCommerce Sequential Order Number”, “Woo Preview Emails” lists the same order numbers as WooCommerce orders and sends the correct order information.
