    Hi there,

I’ve noticed that the sequential order numbering is not working correctly since the last update. Custom prefix is set to “WEBOR”, order numbers counter is set to “Sequential”, and order number width is set to 6.

The last order number before the last update was WEBOR.000262, and the next one was expected to be WEBOR.000263.

However, the next order number after the update turned out to be WEBOR.001498, the one after that was WEBOR.001500 and so on. So it looks like the plugin is now using the picking up all other settings correctly, but the picking up the next order number from WooCommerce instead of using it’s own counter.

Please let me know if you need any other information.

    Hi @wpclean,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

It appears that you may be using the PRO version of the Custom Order Number plugin, which includes additional features such as setting the width for order numbers. We only provide support for users of the free version through this forum.

If you are indeed using the PRO version, could you please submit a ticket through our support portal? This will ensure that your issue is addressed promptly by our dedicated support team.

In the meantime, I’ll attempt to replicate the issue on our end and will communicate further through the ticket you submit.
