    Hi,

    My new website must be with the same order number and invoice, so to fix it I downloaded your amazing plugin and I set up the number in the invoice CRM that I work with and of course in WooCommerce orders but now the problem right now is the following two questions:

    1. Any WordPress page/image contains as number id and it can ruin my number ordering. for example, if my last order and invoice are 1000 and I created 1 page or uploaded any image the next order will be 1001. there is anything to do with code or plugin to fix it?

    2. If any of my customers reach the page after the cart (one step before purchase) and not finish the order the WooCommerce will add him automatically to the “Orders” section and this is another thing that can ruin my number ordering. Can I fix it?

    Hi @netoffis,

    Regarding the query,

    1) If the sequential setting is enabled then the newly created Orders will be in a sequence irrespective of how many pages and images you add. We did not understand what the actual requirement is. Can you please elaborate on how do you want the order numbers to be?

    2) For this, we won’t be able to do anything because that is how WooCommerce handles Orders. Also in scenarios where if customers complete the purchase later on then WooCommerce will not again create orders but use the same order and update it.

    Hi.

    1. for some reason it works right now.

    2. I understand but the problem is if any of my customers will abandon the cart and will generate an order id and in parallel, anyone will make a purchase or after few mins, the one who will finish the order will get a different invoice number because the order number jumped because of the one that abandons the cart.

    There is any plugin that can force WooCommerce to not include the order number if any of my customers abandon a cart?
