    Prior to the update of the Woo Square plugin, the order number would be passed to square and show in the item description on the square reports. Now the order number no longer shows which makes it extremely difficult to reconcile orders with payments received. Can the order number be added back like it was previously? Without it the accounting is very difficult.

    We have worked with square support and they say the number is no longer being passed from Woo so there’s nothing they can do. Thanks!

    I understand that when you open transaction details in Square, there is no order number or item description showing there?

    I just checked the same scenario on my own account, and I can see both order numbers and item names are showing just fine:

    If that’s not how your Square account works, can you please send us a screenshot of what you see. You can follow the instructions on https://snipboard.io/ to capture and upload the screenshot.

    Please also include the System Status Report. You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in WP Admin.
