order number doubles after import

    After importing the orders the number of items in each other seemed to double, for example, if an order contains 4 items it was showing 8. Four with details and four without details. Has anyone experienced a similar problem

    We have tested the issue you mentioned with our sample CSV files and were unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please share with us your importing CSV file so that we can check it. You may please share the CSV file by uploading it to Google drive or any other similar services and share the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.
