    Hi, I have a problem with order numbers. I have 2 different orders but they both have the same order number, how is this possible? How do I solve this? When I look for one of these orders, they do not match.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I understand your concern about the duplicate order numbers. Normally, WooCommerce automatically assigns a unique ID to each order to prevent such issues. It’s unusual for two orders to share the same order number.

    Are there any comparisons between the said orders?

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support then paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
