    Hi,

    I have a problem with import, instead of order_number after import all orders have order name of order id. Export file looks good but after import order_number is order_id. Any kind of help is appreciated.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    The issue you are facing is that by default in Wooommerce, the order ID will be used as the order number. Whatever number is the order ID, the same value will be used as the order number. On your previous site, you might have used some custom order number plugin due to which the order ID and number were different. Could you please try installing the same plugin on the importing site too and then try importing the orders and check?

    If the issue persists please install our sequential order number plugin on your importing site and then import the orders. You may please just install the plugin and then import the file.
